My Services

  • Play therapy is one-on-one child-centered therapy for ages 3-12, utilizing play, children’s natural medium of expression, to help them express their feelings more easily through toys instead of words. Play therapy may be helpful in a variety of circumstances, such as: anxiety, self-esteem, depression, grief, anger, and family issues like separation, divorce, or death of a close family member.

  • Group therapy is designed for 2 to 5 children to work on a range of things from anger , shyness, anxiety and depression, and to improve their interpersonal skills. Sibling therapy is designed to improve the interpersonal relationship between siblings.

  • INITIAL PARENT CONSULTATION

An initial parent consultation is the first step in getting your child set up with counseling services. At the initial parent intake, I will gather information from you about your child’s developmental history and discuss your present concerns. All parent consults will take place via ZOOM.

    PARENT CONSULTATION

Parent consultations are encouraged after every 4 to 5 of your child’s sessions to give us time to check in privately about your child’s progress or goals, and discuss anything new that may have come up at home or school. All Parent consults will take place via ZOOM.

“Our family had a great experience with Tracy. We had previously been with another play therapist, but realized Tracy brings a much higher level of engagement, more personalized approach and truly worked with us parents in a partnership to provide our son with the support he needed. Highly recommend her for your family’s needs!” -S.W.‍
